What is VAC?

The purpose of the Viking Athletic Club (VAC) is to support fund raising for all sports, to promote participation, school spirit and commitment to Brentwood Middle School Athletics.

Latest Announcements

Sports Physicals will be conducted by Baptist Sports Medicine for $10. Physicals will start at 5:30pm and will be conducted on May 11 at Woodland Middle School for students who attend Woodland, Sunset or BMS and again on May 13 at Grassland Middle for students who attend Grassland, Poplar Grove, Heritage, Page and Freedom.

Sports Physical for Tryouts are required at EVERY tryout a student participates in during the school year. The BMS Medical Form can be downloaded from the column on the left. Download and print the form and have it completed by your physician at a physical, preferably completed after June 1, 2009. Make several copies of the physical form and keep the original at home. On the first day of a sport tryout at BMS, a COPY of the physical form should be turned in to the coach.

May 11-14, 2009: Cheerleader Tryouts begin for rising 6th-8th grade students. Check out the tryout page for more info.
May 18-20, 2009: Volleyball Tryouts begin for rising 7th and 8th grade students and last until 5pm each day.
