What is VAC?

The purpose of the Viking Athletic Club (VAC) is to support fund raising for all sports, to promote participation, school spirit and commitment to Brentwood Middle School Athletics.

Calling All Swimmers! Any BMS student who is presently participating in a year around swim program such as Excel, NAC or the YMCA and is interested in swimming for BMS this year, please contact Rachel Thomas at racheltthomas@comcast.net.

Sports Physical for Tryouts are required at EVERY tryout a student participates in during the school year. The BMS office will no longer keep student's physicals "on file". It will be the student's responsibility to take a COPY of their latest sports physical form to the coach at the beginning of EACH sports tryout. The sports physical forms have changed for the 2008-2009 school year. All forms can be downloaded from the column on the left. Rising 6th and 8th graders need to download the form called BMS Medical Form only. Rising 7th graders need to download both the BMS Medical Form and the Sports Examination Form.

News & Events

September 11, 2008: Cross Country will host a home meet on Thursday at 4:00pm.
September 11, 2008: Varsity Football will be hosting Page Middle at 6:30pm.
September 9, 2008: All Volleyball Teams will be playing at Woodland Middle School with the 6th grade playing at 4pm, JV at 5pm and Varsity at 6pm
September 11, 2008: JV and Varsity Volleyball will be hosting Heritage Middle with the JV playing at 4pm and Varsity at 5pm.
