Tryouts

Tryout information is posted for each sport as soon as it becomes available. Please check back frequently to see the latest information by selecting the desired sport in the left column to view tryout information for all 6th grade, JV and Varsity teams.

IMPORTANT! New sports physical requirements for the 2008-2009 school year have been established. Physicals must have been completed AFTER May 1, 2008. If your child will be in the 7th or 9th grade in the fall, a new procedure must be followed for physicals. Please click here to learn more.

Sports Physical for Tryouts are required at EVERY tryout a student participates in during the school year. The BMS office will no longer keep student's physicals "on file". It will be the student's responsibility to take a COPY of their latest sports physical form to the coach at the beginning of EACH sports tryout. The sports physical forms have changed for the 2008-2009 school year. All forms can be downloaded from the menu on the left. Rising 6th and 8th graders need to download the form called "BMS Medical Form" only. Rising 7th graders need to download both the "BMS Medical Form" and the "Interscholastic Sports Examination" form.
